Within the framework of this website we carry out certain processing of personal data.

This personal data management policy aims to explain how we manage personal data (what type of processing we carry out, for what purpose, which services have access to it, when we delete the data, how we protect the data) and what rights the data subjects can assert.

What Data Do We Process and for What Purpose?

The data collected through this website is essentially professional contact information intended for contacting you and sending you more information about your possible application for the TCLoc master’s program.

Applicants must provide a certain amount of information so that their requests can be analyzed and processed.

 Application for the TCLoc Master’s Program

The collection and processing of data from students and candidates at the University of Strasbourg is based on the performance of public service missions in higher education and research as well as compliance with legal obligations or the consent of people.

In the majority of data processing cases, the university must comply with the administrative useful duration established in compliance with limitation periods in civil, commercial or criminal matters, based on texts or deducted from the functional needs of those who conduct the processing.

 How Long Do We Keep This Data For?

As part of the application requests for the TCLoc master’s program, the data is kept by the establishment for a maximum of two years after the registration request.

Administrative data is kept until the student leaves the university. After the end of your schooling or once your application is processed, they are anonymized and used only for statistical purposes. Data which is kept with us for other purposes is not affected.

Beyond this, the data can be archived on paper or computer support in accordance with the rules applicable in the area of public and private archives.
